Privacy notice

Last updated 29 September 2026. This notice explains what information is involved when you use avioonys.com.

Who we are

This notice covers the website avioonys.com (“Avioonys”, “we”, “us”), a free social gaming site. For any privacy question, contact support@avioonys.com.

Information we do not collect

We do not ask you to register, and we do not collect your name, date of birth, payment details, or location to let you play. The state of the Ocellus Twenty-One table, including your coin balance and the hands you play, is held in your browser’s memory and discarded when you close or reload the page.

Information that may be processed

  • Technical logs. Like most websites, the servers that deliver our pages may record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working and are kept only for a limited period.
  • Fonts. Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google’s servers. Google processes that request under its own privacy policy.
  • Emails you send us. If you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and we use it only to reply to you.

Cookies and tracking

Avioonys does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking pixels. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Retention

Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your query and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up, then deleted. Game data is never retained because it is never sent to us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information about you, and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has contacted us, let us know and we will delete the correspondence.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
