1. The service

Avioonys provides a free, browser-based social blackjack game, Ocellus Twenty-One, for entertainment purposes only. No real-money wagering takes place on the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. You are responsible for making sure that using a social casino-style game is lawful where you are.

3. Virtual coins

Coins used in the game are virtual, free, and have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, goods, services, or prizes of any kind. Balances are not stored and reset whenever the page is reloaded. We may change how coins work at any time.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Game results are determined by a randomly shuffled virtual deck and the published rules of the table. Performance in the game is not an indication of future success in any real-money gambling activity.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Modifying the game in your own browser only affects your own copy and has no value or effect beyond it.

The name Avioonys, the Ocellus Twenty-One title, the site design, text, and graphics belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial entertainment; you may not copy or redistribute its contents without permission.

7. Availability and changes

The site is provided free of charge and “as is”. We may update, suspend, or withdraw it, or change these terms, at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
